I came from out of state for my sister’s wedding in Fredericksburg. Due to float trip mishap, I lost one lens in my glasses. Sadie at the Fredericksburg store gave me A+ service from my initial call to my in store visit to replacing my missing lens. She saved the day! Thank you so much to Sadie and TSO!

Dr. Megan White examined my eyes and spent time with me explaining  how my vision has changed and advised me regarding solutions. She is very knowledgeable, and has a great personality. It was a pleasure to work with her and have her answer all of my questions.

Great Doctors and Staff. Got me right in and took care of me within an hour of calling with an urgent need, even though they had never seen me previously. I was so impressed with the care and awesome new equipment that I booked my regular vision appointment for the next week. Totally professional and very kind from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Dr. Anderegg was amazing. She was personable, provided thorough care and went over and beyond with checking on contacts to find one with a base curve to accommodate my eyes. She even took the time to check my eye for a foreign body when I mentioned getting something in it the night before. I highly recommend Dr. Anderegg!

Our visit for our daughter was great! Everyone made her feel so comfortable and helped her find the perfect pair of glasses for her first pair (she looked through and TOUCHED a lot.) Thank yall for your kindness and patience!

Very friendly and helpful! I was visiting family in Fredericksburg and had an emergency with a torn contact. They did not hesitate to help me with a replacement! If I lived here, I would definitely choose them for all my eye care needs.

While on vacation I stopped here to see if I could purchse contacts. The employees greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. Rosie, my optician in Fredericksburg, was FANTASTIC!  This was my first visit to TSO, after several years of terrible experiences with other optical shops.  She reassured me of her experience. I am a nurse with a background in ophthalmology so I have some working knowledge of the industry.  Rosie’s process in helping me select, fit and order my glasses was FAR superior to any I’ve experienced elsewhere. Ever.  When I left, I felt confident that my unique needs had been thoroughly identified and addressed precisely.  Thank you, Rosie.

Huge rave for Dr. Megan White at TSO. My son has horrible doctor anxiety, but after an exam at school we were told to take him to an optometrist. He wasn’t cooperating, but as soon as Dr. White came in, she immediately created a connection with him while they chatted about Lightning McQueen and a favorite book character of his. She was able to calm him down and create a relationship with him to get to the point where she could take pictures of his eyes and figure out how to help improve his vision. She even helped him pick out black and red glasses so he could match his favorite race car. If you have kids who need an optometrist she is truly gifted in connecting with children.

While on vacation in Corpus Christi, Texas my son lost his glasses. Our next stop was Fredericksburg, TX where we found TSO. I spoke to a nice young lady who said they could help us. After making many calls to many optometrists in the area no one could offer a quick turnaround and being on vacation we were on a tight schedule. It was 4 pm and even though they closed at 5 pm, we got there, had the glasses prescription faxed over from Arizona.  Stephanie helped us and 20 min later we had a brand new pair of glasses. Stephanie was amazing. She was thorough and professional and was incredibly knowledgeable about what a teenager would like which narrowed down our choices in frames.  Stephanie- if you read this - thank you. You saved our vacation.
